Return Policy

At Discover Aquatics, we aim to provide the best experience for our customers. Please review our return policies below:

General Return Policy

  • We accept returns for unused and unopened items only.
  • All refunds are issued as store credit.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.

Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products.

Livestock Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on livestock (fish, corals, or invertebrates). Please do not send any livestock back, as we cannot accept them under any circumstances.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your coral arrives dead or damaged, we offer a DOA policy with the following conditions:

  • Two photos must be sent to us at DiscoverAquaticsShop@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Claims outside this timeframe will not be eligible for store credit or a refund.
  • Refunds for DOA claims will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
  • Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
