- Free Local Pick-Up: Available for customers in the Tri-State area (Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky). Choose "Local Pick-Up" at checkout under shipping options.

Shipping Schedule:
- Delivery Days: You can select your preferred shipping day at checkout. We ship orders Monday through Thursday, with deliveries typically arriving before noon the next day. No weekend shipments.
- Shipping Carrier: We ship exclusively with UPS Next Day Air®. For the best results, we recommend picking up your shipment directly from your local UPS station to minimize stress on the animals.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- If your coral arrives dead or damaged, please email two photos to DiscoverAquaticsShop@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, no credit or refund will be issued for claims outside of this timeframe. Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued as store credit only.
Packaging:
- We use top-of-the-line insulated shipping containers to ensure the safe arrival of your corals, no matter where in the USA they are shipped. Corals are double-bagged, and heat or ice packs are included as necessary.
Our Water Parameters:
- We maintain our systems at a salinity of 1.025-1.026, with alkalinity at 8-9 dKH, magnesium at 1450+ ppm, and calcium at 450 ppm. This ensures that the water in your shipment is closely aligned with typical reef tank parameters, making acclimation easier.
Livestock Policy:
- No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on livestock. Please do not send any livestock back to us, as we cannot accept them.
